Failures may occure to filter plates after 5-6 years' operation, They need to be replaced in time to avoid disruption of operation. We have the capacity to meet urgent request for filter plate replacement for machines purchased from us.
Standard Sizes (mm): 2,000x2,000 /1,500x1,500/1,250x1,250/1,000x1,000/800x800/500x500, non-standard sizes can be customized with enough quanity to cover molding costs.
Material: backup plates made of best quality reinforced PP material formed by hydraulic pressing or plastic injection; squeezing membranes made of top quality TPE material via plastic injection process.
